Cookie Policy

Favicon Maker sets no first-party cookies of its own today. Your editor draft is kept in your browser’s site storage (localStorage) — not a cookie — so it survives reloads and stays put until you clear site data.

Site storage we use

• Editor draft — one localStorage entry (fmk-state-v1) holding your current icon, colors and tile settings so you can pick up where you left off. It is never transmitted to us, and clearing site data for this site erases it.

Cookies other parties may set

• Google Fonts — loading Inter / Space Mono may involve Google-served caching; Google's own policies govern those requests.
• Future advertising (AdSense) — if we enable Google AdSense after approval, Google and its partners may set advertising and measurement cookies (e.g. for frequency capping and fraud prevention). This page will be updated before any ad script loads, and consent handling will match EU/UK requirements where applicable.

Managing cookies

Every modern browser lets you block, inspect or delete cookies and site data per site — look under Settings → Privacy. Blocking everything will not break the favicon editor, which needs no cookies to function; clearing site data does reset your saved draft to the defaults.
